    一江——昌化江

    昌化江也稱昌江，是海南島的第二大河，發源於海南瓊中黎母山林區的空示嶺，河流流經瓊中、五指山、樂東、東方、昌化江幹流全長232公里，流域面積5150平方公里，總落差1270米。

    龍棲灣濱海旅遊區西區:開發邊界2581.55畝，可用地塊(商業服務業用地)共18塊1332.93畝，目前已收儲14塊1180.76畝，容積率1.0至2.0，建築密度25%至50%，建築限高36至45米。

    龍棲灣旅遊區東區:有404畝填海用地未開發，土地性質為混合地類，包括醫療衛生、零售商業、旅館、商務金融，容積率≤1.5，建築密度≤20%，建築高度36至60米。
